Historical Overview

From Fr. Botrous' testimony, ministry in Orabi began in 2017, then legal and licensing procedures continued from 2018 until approval in 2021. During that period, priests, servants, and local families coordinated with public authorities and carried the service patiently despite long delays, trusting that God was guiding every stage and opening the right doors at the right time for the church.

In November 2021, the cornerstone was laid, and the concrete structure was completed in about eleven months through sustained effort. After a difficult financial period, finishing works resumed and progressed steadily until the church reached current form. This path reflects God's grace, papal blessing, priestly leadership, servant dedication, and congregational support through prayer and giving.
